I have experienced an unusual incident which led to my disappointment for my overall visit. I had an appointment to do the CT scan (with the needle) once they where done with the procedure but before taking out the needle the staff asked me to wear my clothes and go the reception to pay only after that they will allow me to remove the needle. I won't allow this situation to pass by because no human should be treated this way. I came in respectfully and gave you all my information ( name - number - ID - insurance…) it's not like I'm a thief and would run without paying. You should've handle the situation in a professional way example: make the payment before doing the CT scan (if you have experience something bad with any other customer, we(the rest) shouldn't be treated the same way it's not a solution to treat us all badly ) The overall experience was so poor it doesn't suit a medical center in UAE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful hospital where people are surrounded by care and attention from Doctors and Staff. I recommend this Hospital to my friends and colleagues to visit if any health problems raised.

One of the best in Dubai. It is very clean, no wait time, staff is exceptional. Could not recommend enough.

Never got service on time. Always keep waiting for not less than 20-30 minutes, even though appointments prearranged. And no one will come to update you. You just keep waiting.
