I DON'T KNOW FROM WHERE TO START .THERE IS ONLY GOODNESS IN DOCTOR GIRISH AND I CONSIDER MYSELF VERY LUCKY THAT I AM A PATIENT OF HIM. I HAD ALOT OF ANXIETY PROBLEM AND I USED TO BE AFRAID OF THE NAME OF THE PSYCHIATRIST, BUT AFRER MEETING DOCTOR GIRISH, MY FEAR GOT OVER. I HAVEN'T SEEN A BETTER DOCTOR THAN HIM. HE IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A DOCTOR WHO TREATS PATIENTS LIKE FAMILY AND KEEPS THEM VERY COMFORTABLE. HIS UNDERSTANDING IS VERY GOOD AND MEDICATION IS ALSO VERY EFFECTIVE. DOCTOR GIRISH IS VERY KIND AND AN HONEST PERSON. 5 STAR RATING IS ALSO LESS FOR HIM. HE IS MUCH ABOVE THIS. I HAVE COMPLETELY RECOVERED NOW WITH DOCTOR GIRISH'S COUNSELING AND MEDICINE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I had a troubling experience with the general practitioner doctor, which I feel compelled to share. Firstly, the doctor mentioned that she needs approval to issue a sick leave certificate. This has never been the case in any of the Prime Hospital branches I have visited before. I find it weird that a doctor does not have the authority to provide a sick leave certificate, especially when it is evident that the patient is unwell. Secondly, I informed the doctor that I had a fever the previous night and had taken two Dolo tablets. Despite this, because I did not have a fever at the time of my visit, she dismissed the possibility of the fever returning and did not grant me a sick leave. This lack of consideration for my condition and the potential for my fever to recur was extremely frustrating, especially since I have work the next day and needed the sick leave. Overall, my experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in your service and policies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely Abdul
