Dr Belda has been a life changer for me, I was going to other psychiatrists before and they we’re keeping me going for business, Dr Belda is very honest caring and a true expert in psychiatry, he only gives any pills if I truly need those, now I feel very good he helped me with my problem and also referred me to a psychologist as part of the treatment plan. Paoula is a dedicated therapist whose very insightful, thoughtful, kind, amazing and intelligent. I have been her client since August 31st, 2023, she is very professional with her work, she treats her clients in a very nice, professional and kind way. She listens patiently and non-judgmental. When i started with Paoula I was severely depressed, now after 6 months I am no longer depressed and I feel way better and motivated all thanks to her, she helped me in so many aspects of my life, she taught me how to regulate my emotions, how to have better social skills and how to manage my anger.
