I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at the pharmacy recently. After receiving my token, I had to wait an excessively long time before my number was called. The waiting area was not overcrowded and was very comfortable, with no clear updates on how long the wait would be. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and busy which only added to the delay. The lack of communication and inefficient service made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing. This long and poorly managed wait time is something that needs urgent improvement.

It was great experience with valet parking as it makes the customers hussle free and comfortable. Also the reminder calls make the patient aware of their appointments.
