Today was my first visit at the sanctuary. It was very clean and such a welcoming environment. I experienced a session of tension release exercise. I learnt so much during this session and as a result I felt clear in my mind. The process enabled me to release tension from my body. Then I had a session in the infrared light sauna. It was very relaxing and my aches and pains (particularly in my lower back) disappeared. I would highly recommend the sanctuary to all and will return myself.

Elena has been my instructor for over 10 years. She understands my body and my personality and adapts the program to my needs and whatever i am going through. She has diligently guided me through injury (from other athletic pursuits) while still evolving my practice in pilates so I don't feel stuck or demotivated. She posesses the wonderful ability to turn conceptual understanding of the movement into something concrete. I have benefited from her ongoing self development and continued mastery of Pilates practice and I trust her instruction. My body and my mind appreciate time with Elena and I would recommend her to anyone searching for mindful movement at any level.

Domingo is a real expert, with absolute magic in her hands! I saw immediate results after the first lymphatic treatment as i had a lot of water retention and bloating post my surgery.... shes professional and does her work with such kindess and warmth- I highly recommend her if you want to see results, you won't be disappointed :)
