As usual, Dr.Shaimaa knew what was wrong with me as I was not sure about it. Her treatment was very simple and to the point. Me and my family goes to her always, I definitely recommend her as a family Dr. I would like to thank all the team and Dr.Shaimaa particularly.

والله لو كنت بموت وهذه الدكتورة بتحييني بفضل الموت كنت عندها يوم الخميس ٢ ب 25 _ 4الساعه 8 ٨ صباحا بناءا لطلب من ادارة مدرستي بأني لا احمل أي مرض معدي للاخرين حفاظا على صحة التلاميذ وصلت متأخرة ٢٠ دقيقة وطلبتني للدخول وسألتني عن وضعي وكان واضحا واجبتها سعال خفيف سيلان الأنف الم بسيط في الصدر اريد تقريرا لإدارة المدرسة يوضح بأني صالح للعمل او غير صالح بعد الفحص رفضت التصريح سلبا او ايجابا وتقول أنها تعطيني ثلاثة ايام للراحة اذا استخرجت التقرير الرسمي ب ٨٠ درهم وشرحت لها أني راغب بالدوام ولا اتهرب من العمل فقط اريد أن اتطمئن ادارة المدرسة أني معدي أو غير معدي عبثا بائت محاولتي معها اسلوب تجاري محض لا يحمل جنس الانسانية او الاحساس بالمسؤولية غادرت مع وصفت علاج ادوية التهابات من الدرجة المتوسطة وتذكرت أنه عندما يصبح المال أهم من الأنسان من الطبيعي مقابلة هذه العينات من بعض الأطباء

The doctor failed to fill the prescription for completely causing a delay in getting approval from the insurance. And all this together with the irresponsible Al Nada Pharmacy has resulted in not delivering my medicines.

Refer to my feedback, doctor need to listen first before guiding the patient the random way... saying : I can not do anything for you!! Is just showing the lack of understanding your role as a DOCTOR...the patient should not be forced to guide the doctor of his needs ,but doctor need to figure it out by listening to what we feel so he can be upto the level of taking the correct action which will suite the patient mentally before physically.
