Dr Aliaa Aldhabah is a GMC (UK) registered General Practitioner and Family Physician at American Hospital Dubai Hills Clinic. 

She has over 10 years of experience across various clinical specialties in the North West of England.

Dr Aldhabah completed her medical degree at Al Mustansiriya University, Iraq in 2008. She later relocated to the UK and became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) in 2020, followed by her Certificate of Completion of Training in General Practice from the General Medical Council (UK) in 2021.

Before relocating to Dubai in 2022 and joining American Hospital, Dr Aldhabah served as a General Practitioner in a leading practice in the greater Manchester area between January 2021 and August 2021 . During this period, she successfully led both clinical and non-clinical teams. Alongside her regular clinical duties, Dr Aldhabah pursued additional qualifications and contributed to regional teams focused on children safeguarding, mental health awareness, palliative care, cancer screening, and quality improvement in primary care. Dr Aldhabah actively participated in teaching medical students at Manchester University and educating junior doctors in both primary and secondary care settings. She also obtained her Diploma in Skin Aesthetics from the Manchester Institute of Cosmetic Medicine in 2021.

Dr Aldhabah has specialist expertise in various areas, including children's health, metabolic disorders (hypertension, diabetes, and obesity), health promotion, disease prevention, health screening, urgent healthcare, musculoskeletal disorders and chronic fatigue syndrome. She also has extensive experience in mental health, skin disorders, aesthetics, women's health, contraception, sexual health, vaccination, infection prevention, travel advice, and travel vaccination.
