One of the best in Dubai. It is very clean, no wait time, staff is exceptional. Could not recommend enough.

The waiting time can reach up to one hour + i hope the clinic could organize it better and coordinate with the doctor and her other appointments or emergencies by informing us earlier

Dr. Nilofar is very good amazing doctor who is thorough, attentive, and compassionate.

I was so disappointed & unsatisfied regarding my experience . 1 .after my tele consultation via phone call , i request for medical certificate 2, i was supposed to receive an email to process my request 3 . I’am calling almost 4 times to the call center to follow up my request from 12 pm till 2:30 pm to inform but nothing it happen 4 i received a call from pharmacy team to inform that they will not deliver my medicine because there is no staff available .they said it will take 24 hours or i can get my medicine near my place where i stay ( pharmacy ) 5. Around 5 : 00 pm i decided my self to visit the prime medical center -reef mall to get my medical certificate , because there is no email receive, event its hard & painful to walk because i had a boil on my lower hip.
