Professional and caring

Everything went fine, special care was shown but the queue in the pharmacy because of Insurance approval took so much time online which was not normally the case. But the pharmacy staff was very accommodating. The staff were all attentive. Everything was delivered as promised except for my Sick Leave Certificate which I had to call back the next day to follow up but to no avail. I still haven’t received the certificate by email.

Clinic recently doing a few goof ups with appointment date n time hopefully the admin team will be cautious to address it. Else it’s an add on pressure to the doctor with back to back appointments n if the procedures are lengthy.

Prime Medical is clean and are organized.
