I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at the pharmacy recently. After receiving my token, I had to wait an excessively long time before my number was called. The waiting area was not overcrowded and was very comfortable, with no clear updates on how long the wait would be. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and busy which only added to the delay. The lack of communication and inefficient service made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing. This long and poorly managed wait time is something that needs urgent improvement.

My husband and I has been seeing Dr Fatima as our therapist, she is simply the best! Calm yet the words coming out from her mouth truly would make me and my husband realize the things we need to work on. The clinic is spacious and front desk April is very polite and helpful too.

Very professional staff specifically Ms Rana She is very nice , helpful any time , efficiently Quick response Reghad, Sulaimane, Sneha are good therapists, attentive and helpful
