When you think of going to a physio it always seems like a chore. However the whole rehab process with Nicolaas after my Acl repair surgery was fairly enjoyable to say the least at he kept the sessions challenging and interesting. I believe I was able to bounce back quicker because of the targeted movements/workouts during these sessions. Thank you Nic

Dr Stefan has been a must visit for me on a regular basis. His understanding and language makes it easy to understand exactly what is happening. Dr Stefan not only provides a treatment which has an impact immediately he checks in and has a great after care, providing you with exercises to continue your recovery.

I had a sprained ankle, and after 4 sessions with Conall Hoey, I became fully recovered. The sessions were fun with easy and very well explained effective exercises which were doable at home and at the gym.
