Dr Suhirdan Vivekanandarajah is an experienced associate at the Diagnostic Endoscopy Centre (DEC) in St Vincent's Clinic and is also in charge of the Sydney Gut Clinic. He also sees patients at the Centre for Digestive Diseases and Sydney Specialist Suites. Dr Vivekanandarajah has substantial expertise in clinical and interventional gastroenterology and is trained in performing more complex procedures.

Dr Suhirdan Vivekanandarajah gained his medical degree from the University of New South Wales in 2003 before going on to undertake his gastrointestinal and endoscopic training which included diagnostic and interventional gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP. Following this, Dr Vivekanandarajah was accepted into the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and was subsequently awarded an interventional fellowship in EUS and ERCP at the Institute of Advanced Endoscopy.

In addition to his clinical interests, Dr Vivekanandarajah's has research interests are in the early detection of gastrointestinal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and functional bowel disorders. He regularly publishes his work and contributes to medical education and conferences.
