Dr. Rebecca Saunderson is a highly qualified dermatologist and a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatology. She completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2009.

Dr. Saunderson completed her physician training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital before being awarded a prestigious Gates Cambridge Scholarship. She returned to complete her dermatology training in New South Wales (NSW), Australia, earning her fellowship in 2018. Her strong connection to Cambridge and the Gates Cambridge community continues as she serves as the Co-chair of the Gates Cambridge Alumni Association.

Her clinical interests include complex dermatological cases, medical dermatology, and paediatric dermatology. She approaches patient care holistically, emphasising overall well-being. Dr. Saunderson is dedicated to outreach and has provided healthcare services in various locations, including rural South Africa, Christmas Island, Central Australia, and East Timor. She is affiliated with Royal North Shore Hospital and the Prince of Wales Hospital, where she plays an essential role in teaching dermatology trainees and advancing medical practice through research.

Dr Saunderson has had publications in local and international peer-reviewed journals. She currently sees patients at North Shore Private Hospital (for paediatric, vulvar, and general dermatology) and Royal North Shore Hospital (for general dermatology, paediatric dermatology, neurofibromatosis, and complex medical dermatology).
