Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. Joanne Rimmer was supportive and knew exactly what she was talking about. She was professional and caring. I have a lot of anxiety with my health and procedures and I would be requesting her if I ever needed to go back. She also explained everything to me in a way I would understand and made sure I felt welcomed back if ever required.

Probably the best experience I have had with a surgeon - ever. Always took the time to make you feel comfortable, informed and confident. Excellent follow up and care post surgery. Felt like she really went beyond what you would expect from a surgeon.

In retrospect, my only comment would be not getting a clear picture what the post op experience would be like. Naturally, when a stitch came out shortly after op causing swelling it was uncomfortable and worse than the day after the op but I couldn’t be sure if this was to be expected.

Can’t fault

Dr Rimmer was very precise and efficient. I would recommend her to others and would see her again if need be.
