Every thing went well I'm hoping staff were great

Doctor McCallum is very knowledgeable, great bedside manner and has helped me significantly. Reception staff are always really helpful and polite, too. Amy from the surgery team in particular was great to deal with.

Had a better outcome here than at others places who were really not all that helpful, let a lone come up with something other then lose weight. Now I have a better chance in pain management than before.

Always a good experience, the only frustration sometimes can be the wait time to actually get an appointment but that's life!

Precision Health, in particular Dr Meena Mittal, has been fantastic. As someone with multiple injuries, Dr Mittal has worked her way methodically through each injury one at a time, trying every possible option and has never given up. She has explained exactly what her plan is and what she hopes to achieve. If that plan doesn’t work, she always seems to have another option up her sleeve. It may take time, yet I have the utmost confidence in the treatment I am receiving. Given Precision is a one stop shop and other specialists work in conjunction with Meena, is a bonus. Shout out to Dr Shah who did a great surgical job and explained exactly what would happen and how recovery would look. The front line staff are excellent and always very helpful when you ring. I could not be happier with Precision Health.
