Trying to get next appointment- reception staff not helpful. I was unable to return to Williamstown and they could not advise where else to see my specialist and we’re not interested in trying to help or advise

Service, wait time, communication, easy parking & Doctors bed-side manner all excellent. Thank you HeartWest Williamstown for looking after me & making me feel comfortable & relaxed in all of my appointments. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend your services.

My first visit was a little disappointing. I had to wait about 1.5 hours and ended up not being able to see the doctor as I had somewhere to be. However, the doctor reviewed my ECG (which I didn't expect) and contacted me to have 2 follow up tests before my next appointment. I had both of tests and they went well, were on time and the staff were pleasant. When I had my next meeting with the doctor, my wait was around 30 minutes (which I had planned for) and the doctor was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt reassured after my visit and feel I have a good understanding of the health of my heart.
