An overall sense of professionalism and expertise

From my arrival at Mulgrave Private , to getting in a car to leave , everyone was very approachable , friendly and extremely professional . Every person involved in my care and treatment came and introduced themselves before the procedure , and explained their role .Anton spoke to me before and after my Colonoscomy , and as a result of their person centred care , I was relaxed and confident throughout. I have another procedure booked , but this time I don't feel any apprehension leading up to it. I cannot recommend the entire team , especially Anton , highly enough.
