I have seen Kareen since I was 11 when she helped me overcome my OCD. After seeing multiple therapists I couldn’t have been happier to find Kareen. Immediately I felt comfortable with her and safe to share what was happening. She is incredibly understanding and thoughtful, always making sure I was in the best position I could be to get better. I’ve always said I thought she has super powers, the way she was able to tap into my brain (not literally!) and help me to understand myself better and why things were happening was incredible. She’s so caring and supportive which makes it so much easier to connect with her and share with her as you feel like you’re speaking to a family member. I wouldn’t be anywhere without the treatment, support and help I received from Kareen and will forever be grateful for everything she did for me!
