I met Philippa when my physio was on vacation. She came recommended by her. Apart from being a seasoned professional, she jumped right in and took on the job with enthusiasm. I'm now equipped with a personal training plan for my condition and an app to keep me accountable and connected with her. She's an emphatic coach and made it her business to bring out the best performance possible for a chronic disease patient.

Stephan is very knowledgeable about sports related injuries. The treatment was fantastic and the recover exercises to reduce the chronic pain are working well.

I’ve been coming to Optimal Clinic to see Dr. Stefan for a few months now. He is extremely skilled at what he does and very courteous and kind at the same time! The reception staff are absolutely lovely as well and I would highly recommend Optimal Clinic!!

Such quick and friendly support. Superb receptionists. My physio delivered home visits and in clinic and really helped me get back on my feet. To also find they had a GP was great and made me feel like I was back in UK of my youth getting the right care for me and not pigeonholed into a specific hospital and given choice.
