We feel so lucky to have found a doctor like Tim. He has always been compassionate, kind and conscientious. He listened carefully to our history and hopes for future treatment and provided a clear action plan that no other clinic wanted to try. As a result we quickly had a positive outcome. Exceptional standard of care from our initial consultation throughout my treatment plan, and a very positive experience. Dr Tim is very responsive, approachable and completely demystified IVF for us, which we knew nothing about. He put me at ease and he is also exceptionally thorough - he caught that one of the test results requested from another doctor (not at the Lister) was missing from our file and insisted on seeing a copy. It turned out that the missing results provided the likely answer as to why I had experienced recurrent miscarriages. He could then tailor out IVF plan accordingly.

I saw Tim at Lister Fertility clinic following 2 missed miscarriages (natural). Desperate for answers, Tim ran a full range of tests to see if we could identify a cause. We found a likely answer to why I was miscarrying which Tim explained thoroughly and put a protocol in place for when we got pregnant again. It finally felt like we had a plan and he made us feel confident in trying to conceive again. Shortly after the results, I fell pregnant again naturally, and we started treatment right away.
