Dr Nagpal was an absolute gem. He is so patient and understanding when you are anxious and really reassures you and gives you confidence. I had terrible childhood experiences at the dentist which unfortunately led me to neglecting them a bit and avoiding going to the dentist. He does not shame you or make you feel bad about it at all but just describes stuff really well and helps you to understand. I’ve had a bunch of rotten teeth that cannot be fixed removed and it was pain free! I will definitely be going back to him for the implants after the bone has all healed up also! Thank you again, you’re the best!

Dr Nagpal did Botox for my upper face chin and masseter to relax my wrinkles and overactive muscles. I have never trusted anyone to do my Botox because I have asymmetry of my brows and always worry about looking too frozen. My colleague recommended Dr Nagpal and I am so grateful to her. He explained the procedure, expected results and aftercare really thoroughly, he checked in with me after a few days as well as he knew I was anxious about the whole thing. I am 2 weeks since the appointment now and I only wish I had seen him sooner! I’ve had so many compliments about my skin and no one is able to figure out that it’s from Botox. I feel 10 years younger, more awake looking and even had the confidence to go for the West End audition I felt nervous for. Dr Tarun made a procedure I was dreading a pleasant experience which seems like an odd thing to say about having wisdom teeth taken out. I opted for sedation so we could do it all in one appointment and to help with the surgical side of things and my anxiety associated with it. It was great I remember the conversation before the sedation but very little afterwards until waking up at home. Would definitely recommend sedation if you’re debating it for tricky wisdom teeth like mine. Thanks again!

Fantastic work by Dr Tarun. He made the whole thing feel like a breeze and gave me great aftercare including a phone call to check in on me. It’s a few days after the wisdom teeth removal and I’m in minimal pain so very happy with the result.
