Dr Tanya Rajmangal is a highly skilled Counselling Psychologist who has been providing outstanding care and support to patients at Priory since she joined in April 2017. She works within the adult general therapy team, as well as running her own successful one-to-one therapy practice for child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) outpatient service.
Dr Rajmangal is highly qualified, with a BSc in Psychology from Middlesex University and an MSc in Child Adolescent and Family Mental Health from London Metropolitan University. She recently completed her Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the University of East London, making her a highly experienced and qualified psychologist. Dr Rajmangal's doctoral research focused on young people's perspectives of gambling and how technology has contributed to gambling behaviour/perspectives. This is an important area of study that can help us better understand why some people develop problematic gambling habits.
Dr Rajmangal holds a membership in the British Psychological Society and has full accreditation from the Health and Care Professionals Council (HPCP).
