Dr Farooque helped me to find an alternative drug instead of one I was allergic to and revealed I am not allergic to Penicillin which I had avoided for years having been told I was. The anticipation of a drug challenge brings back memories of past reactions and I have to say that I felt totally at ease in Sophie's care. She used a cautious approach and explained clearly at every step what was being done to me and why. Her manner and knowledge has made me feel able to give my highest praise without any reservation.

Dr Farooque has been amazing, extremely thorough and very detailed, yet with a charming manner. I could not recommend her more highly.

Dr Farooque was great. She explained all the procedures/tests, helped provide all relevant information to insurer to seek authorisation and clearly is an expert in her field. I would highly recommend her to all. Only downside is the Lindow Wing where the facilities and administration procedures are poor. For example I am constantly asked to fill in the same form with admin details on each visit and on one occasion was asked to fill in the same form twice by different people. When I queried it I was told it was procedure. Also patient rooms are never fully prepared in advance. Other private venues offer a better service.

An absolutely life changing experience. I thought I was penicillin allergic and had carried this label my whole life. It turns out I am not. I had suffered from recurrent tonsillitis. Now that I can take penicillin it has become a thing of the past. I cannot thank her and her amazing team enough.
