Sheilah brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role as a caregiver. With nearly 13 years of combined experience in caring for individuals and working in healthcare for the NHS, she has found immense fulfilment in providing professional and empathetic care to those in need.

Driven by her friendly demeanour and innate ability to listen attentively, Sheilah aims to meet the unique preferences and needs of each individual under her care. She has worked extensively with conditions such as dementia, MS, incontinence, stoma care, mobility issues, chronic illnesses, and end-of-life care, among others. Her primary goal is to empower her clients to maintain as much independence as possible, fostering a sense of dignity and autonomy.

Sheilah's skills extend beyond personal care to include assistance with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, light gardening, and pet care. With her own experience managing two dogs, a garden, and an allotment, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and capabilities to her caregiving role.

Sheilah offers flexibility in terms of hours and care needs, ensuring that she can accommodate her clients' schedules and preferences to the best of her ability.
