I am hugely grateful to Rob Gray for the exemplary manner in which he has carried out my operation and guided me through the whole process. I felt 100% supported and cared for by him throughout - in particular when slight post-op complications arose. He was then highly proactive in monitoring my condition until he was absolutely sure that I was on the right track, and I felt entirely reassured by his diligent, caring and seemingly 24 hour presence - either in person or at the other end of a video call! I can highly recommend him, and the result of the green light laser treatment he carried out is better than I could possibly have hoped for, thanks to his skill.

The standard of Mr Gray's surgery was very good and I have confidence in his skill and knowledge. He is very efficient and good at his work. On the first consultation, I felt that I would have appreciated more discussion about the pros and cons of surgery compared to other options; however, on subsequent meetings, when I was better informed, both from investigation and personal experience of my condition, I felt the discussions were more balanced.

Mr Gray is a very calming, factual, knowledgeable and empathic consultant. The consultation was informative and well organised.
