I saw Dr Dwivedi for a lump on my tonsil. He listened well to my symptoms, took the time to examine me thoroughly and gave me a comprehensive explanation of his diagnosis. He was informed, responsive and helpful.

I have seen Doctor Dwivedi because of voice problems. He was really nice and listened to me really carefully while I was explaining my symptoms. He asked my lots of questions to make sure to understand fully my issue, which made me trust him even more. He then found my diagnosis and explained it to me really clearly (even with some drawings) - I really appreciated this because often doctors don't take the time to explain properly the issue and they guess that the patient understands everything, which is not the case. Mr Dwivedi understood my lack of knowledge of the mechanism of ear, nose, throat and brain and explained my problem of hearing as simply as possible. My fear of being told that I would need to wear hearing aids was gradually diminishing and he made a very clear plan to tackle my hearing problem in two steps. Slight resistance of using nasal spray which contains steroid was eased and I am hoping the first step to tackle the problem will work during the course of two months.

The care you receive with Dr.Dwivedi and his staff is beyond amazing. Mr Dwivedi treated me for neck lump and voice problems. His service was outstanding. He was both kind and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained the tests that were needed and why. He gave a clear diagnosis and explained patiently the appropriate medicines and lifestyle changes. Mr Dwivedi took so much time to explain to me what caused the vocal hoarseness I had been experiencing I record audiobooks so my vocal problems were rather worrying to me but Mr Dwivedi gave a very detailed and comprehensive explanation so that I understood what was wrong with my voice and how the problem is caused. He answered my questions in a clear way illustrating the process that leads to the hoarseness and weakness of voice that I have been experiencing. He guided me through the endoscopy, pointing out the various organs and showing how my vocal fold responded. I must admit that having voice issues for an actor is worrying but after my session with Mr Dwivedi I felt reassured and confident that the diet and medication that he has suggested for me will work. I now feel, after talking to him, much more confident and less anxious.

Mr Dwivedi took the time to explain why he was going to do the operation, what my options were, and the risks involved, so that I was fully up to speed. It was at a level of information that suited me, and was not patronising or too complicated. I was seen pre and post op, and again in A/E when I had complications. He genuinely seemed a caring doctor ( as well as being good at what he does!)

The guidance and advice I received at all stages was clear and informative and allowed fully for my inputs and reactions. The follow up after surgery was friendly, helpful, and dealt fully with my concerns. This applied not just to Mr Raghav but to others in his team with whom I intereacted.

Dr Raghav Dwivedi is an experienced doctor. He guided me throughout the surgery procedure and afterwards. He cares for his patients and he shows that. His team of colleagues is very experienced and caring too. My experience is just positive and I highly recommend them.
