Probably the most competent ENT surgeon I have seen. Kind, thoughtful, compassionate and most importantly patient and understanding. Never tired of answering a million questions.

I went to Vin on a recommendation, having seen two other endocrinologists/surgeons over the course of 6 years who I never felt were treating my condition with great care. I immediately knew that Vin was the medical professional to look after my treatment for my thyroid nodule going forward, after our first meeting; he is extremely nuanced, sensitive, straight talking, and explained everything that I needed in thorough explanations. His ability to succinctly convey somewhat complex risk analysis of my situation, to me as an interested patient, was exceptional. I never felt like any of my concerns or questions were pushed aside, they were carefully considered and listened to, on every occasion - and responded to with every level of medical nuanced explanation. All treatment I received was fantastic, and my surgery was a great success. Considering that my surgery, I believe, was a more straightforward procedure given the complexities and creativity within Vin’s expertise, I am eternally grateful for him giving so much attention to this (and to me personally). The surgery Vin peformed has been a life altering / positive procedure which I took his advice on, and I’m extremely grateful. I look forward to hearing about and following all the exceptional work he does in the future.

Prof Paleri carried out an operation to remove a tumour from my neck. I met with him a few times before the operation and found him to be very approachable and clear, which put me at ease. I also appreciated his honesty in opinions/predictions re my recovery trajectory.

If you could just explain how deep the tube was going as I was expecting it to go all the way down my throat. I had no need to feel anxious as this was not the case. It would be best if this explained before . Everything else was well explained
