Prof Branley is very nice and patient. He listened to all my descriptions about my symptoms, and has been very nice explaining all the checks and possibilities.

I really appreciate the time the Professor took with me not only explaining what he was gonna do but also giving me other options to carry the investigation. However, I'm not sure which is other people experiences going to the doctors but the majority of doctors don't look at you they only focus on their note the are like always in a rush and you ended the consultation feeling like you are robot and this wasn't the case with Professor Howard since the moment I arrived he was friendly and he makes feel relax, he helped me to feel comfortable and that help our communication. Thanks for being a human that treats humans you are definitely one of a kind this day. Thank you!

As he took notes, he listened keenly to my responses to his questions, and he was always willing to clarify or explain anything that may have been a concern to me. He is courteous, and you will leave his office feeling confident in the knowledge that you know more about your condition than you previously did.
