He listened attentively, asked the right questions at exactly the right time & was extremely positive in helping me organise testing to try to identify my issues. He was able to look up results to tests I'd recently had done by other doctors all within the HCA database, analysing results from a different perspective. When we finished our call, I felt positive, listened to & happy that we had a plan.
