Professor Lack was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable. There were a couple of occasions where appointments felt a bit rushed and he got us mixed up with other patients/repeatedly asked the same questions, which felt a bit off putting and not hugely reassuring, but overall he was great.

Prof Lack was recommended by my sister in law for the treatment of allergies. Prof Lack and his team responded quickly to our initial outreach and arranged for tests to be conducted the next day (keeping in mind the backdrop of COVID19 and a lot of outpatient services being suspended). We had a number of follow up consultation sessions in which he provided succinct, easy to understand responses and guidance. Having hit a brick wall with our GP, it was great to finally have answers to our questions about what was wrong with our baby and to have an appropriate course of action. Prof Lack’s PA also deserves a special mention as she is like no other that we have ever come across. She went above and beyond our expectations in arranging blood tests, prescriptions and follow up appointments at short notice and without being asked.

Professor Lack and his team are knowledgeable and thorough. They put children at ease through the whole allergy testing process. Professor Lack explains any treatment plan in detail and he happy to answer any questions that arise. I feel we are in the very best hands.
