He diagnosed Thomas’ allergies when Thomas was 2 years old and has seen him ever since. We could not have been happier with the way he has managed the treatment. From recognising when Thomas turned 9 that his previously severe sesame allergy was no longer present and making sure that we immediately started introducing it into his diet, to managing and treating a severe allergy to horses which now is completely manageable.

I felt dismissed, left frustrated and didn’t feel any empathy from the doctor. When one comes for care especially after having suffered, they want to feel heard and understood.
