Friendly, knowledgeable and very effective!

Niamh was extremely friendly, welcoming and entirely competent and knowledgeable about firstly, my physical condition, but also, secondly, the psychological perspective of my injuries. I feel like I was treated better than I could’ve hoped for, and Niamh was extremely helpful in understanding what aspects were good and wasn’t good, and how to rectify that.

From the minute I met Niamh at reception, she made me feel immediately at ease. Her approach to resolving my back pain was incredible. She listened, carefully assessed, and provided me with hands-on treatment, as well as a tailored rehab programme. Not only am I now pain free, but I am back running again. I feel stronger and more confident in doing so than before! I can't thank you enough Niamh!
