Mr Yousaf friendly enough, but felt a bit rushed.

Mr Yousaf explained the procedure to me before hand and then when it was over told me what i had to do to help my bowel work well.

Found he could have explained in more detail, eg what would happen next etc

Very simple plain explanation of what’s taking place and the possibilities of something going wrong referencing complications. Which he explained are very slight. After the procedure he came and said everything had went well with no issues.

Mr Yousaf made me very relaxed from the beginning, he explained everything Really well in the consultation and now I am looking forward to my operation.

He kept me well informed on what I need to do to minimise any future issues
