I've had sessions with Kiki for the past 7 months and my experience has been really positive. I started seeing Kiki after I noticed the positive impact she had on one of my friends. As our sessions started during the lockdown, a very challenging situation for most of us, Kiki effectively helped me, step by step, mitigate the lockdown anxiety and, later on, expand my social circle. Kiki is an excellent listener, who effectively explains and queries behaviours, to reach conclusions which make me see things differently and provides constructive advice.

Kiki has helped me over many years. She has a great ability to get the 'root' of a problem. She also has great warmth, a good sense of humour and isn't afraid of challenging me and my way of thinking and belief systems. I feel I could say anything to her and she wouldn't judge me which is a wonderful feeling.

I was hesitated to start therapy but a friend of mine recommended me to Kiki. She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. Very quickly she identified what was the root of my problem and she suggested ways to deal with it. I feel much better now.
