Mrs Jamila Shahid

Mrs Shahid is General Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in the management of infertile couples and reproductive medicine. She has over twenty years of experience in performing gynaecological procedures in the Worcestershire area. Mrs Shahid provides a wide range of services and is able to treat a large variety of gynaecological problems including heavy periods and other menstrual problems, post coital bleeding, inter menstrual bleeding, post menopausal bleeding , menopausal symptoms, endometrial polyps, cervical polyps, genital and pelvic infection, pelvic pain, vulval soreness and disorders, polycystic ovaries and infertility. She also performs laparoscopic hysterectomies.

Mrs Shahid is actively involved in teaching and training programmes on both a local and regional level and has been a college tutor for over six years. She has also conducted gynaecology presentations at local, regional and international meetings.
