My first visit to Rachel Sherriff for acupuncture was truly all I could have asked for. Rachel was able to listen to why I had come and carefully select the meridian lines she was going to work on, all the time explaining to me her reasons for doing this. She is a delightful person, relaxed and very professional. The astonishing result was a healing of a wound I had for a couple of months started to heal the very next day and two days later was completely healed. I couldn't have been happier with the result - the reason why I had come. Having had a huge amount of stress recently she also was able to relax me and help me moderate my disturbed sleeping patterns. If you are considering visiting her I highly recommend her.

I was apprehensive at first at having needles stuck in me; but Rachel was fantastic, explaining what she was doing and why. Best of all I didn’t even feel the needles. I wouldn’t be without my fortnightly accupunture now, I always come out completely relaxed. Definitely would recommend Rachel.

I have been seeing Rachel for my periods for three months now. I was not having any after the birth of my first child and wanted my cycle to return in order to try and have another baby. After 3 treatments my periods returned and are now coming regularly, I am yet to conceive but I am hoping that is next! I have found acupuncture really amazing and totally relaxing.
