Saw Rachel for first consultation a month ago and followed the Fodmap she suggested to improve my bloating symptoms. As a result I cut out a few thing from my diet and within a short period, my symptoms have disappeared. I feel lighter but most importantly much happier in myself. She is so personable and treated me as an individual. I can't recommend her highly enough.

After a long search on the internet I decided to contact Rachael to help me with my weight loss journey.
