Amazing insight into my DNA make up and how altering my diet could improve my overall well-being, the DNA way. Rachel explained everything really well, didn’t blind me with science, fantastic. Looking forward to getting started with meal planning.

Rachel has completely transformed my life! I now understand what my body needs and doesn’t need....this is a lifestyle not a diet. I feel in control of my wellbeing and the impact of what I eat and drink has on my body! I feel empowered, knowledgeable and supported, but more importantly I enjoy food and the results I continue to see. I would highly recommend The DNA Way. I will never go back to my old lifestyle! Extremely informative and in a way that’s very easy to understand. I’m a skeptic by nature but after seeing a friend have the same report done, was very interested to go through the same process myself. Really pleasantly surprised by how much detail the report goes into. Having Rachel go through the report with me made the information really digestible and would say it would of been quite confusing otherwise. Really happy with the whole process and will continue to recommend to friends and family who I haven’t told already :)

Bloating and loose bowls no more! Extremely impressed with Rachel's simple yet effective dietary advice that was easy to implement and gave great results. With a few tweaks in my food I've gone from daily struggles with my digestive system to a flat tummy and no problems with passing stools. She did all this without selling me any 'super food' powders or supplements - just sound scientific advice. I can't recommend Rachel enough as the best nutritionist I've ever seen.

During the covid 19 outbreak Rachel has continued to support me on my weight loss journey over video call. I was so worried that I was going to miss out on support when I need it the most during this very stressful time but I'm still on my way to losing 20 pounds :)

Never been able to lose weight before like this. Travel so much with work and eat out everyday - Rachel taught me a way of eating that is perfect for my lifestyle & personalised to my body. Lost 13 pounds so far which I didn't think was possible AND I can drink alcohol on this diet! So impressed
