I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialising in hand, wrist and elbow injuries and conditions.

I offer private consultations, advice and treatments for elbow, wrist and hand within the Brighton and Hove area of East Sussex.

I completed my higher surgical training in the North East of England and I spent an additional 18 months of fellowship speciality training in New Zealand; this helped me gain invaluable experience in elbow and hand surgery, particularly in the fields of sports injuries and rehabilitation, together with upper limb reconstructions and joint replacements.

I relocated to the South East from Newcastle upon Tyne, where I had been a Consultant for 6 years, from 2006 to July 2012, specialising in surgeries of the hand and wrist, and shoulder and elbow; my practice also included general orthopaedic and trauma surgery.

My previous private practice was based at Spire Washington Hospital and I am now currently based at the Spire Montefiore Hospital in Hove and the Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital in Woodingdean.

I am a member of the Sussex Hand Surgery team – and I am also a member of Spring Orthopaedic Group.I have recently been appointed as a Royal College of Surgeons Assessor, representing Faculty at Advisory Appointment Committees on the shortlisting and recruitment of Consultants within the NHS.
