I'm
Milena Kaler, a London Nutritionist, Naturopathic Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist. I combine science and nature to achieve optimum results for my clients.
I specialise in helping people with weight loss, mood, anxiety, stress and improvements in energy, as well as skin, immune, hormonal and digestive health and more.
My practice and approach is unique, and so are my clients. I take a holistic approach, looking at all aspects of your health (physiological, physical, and mental/emotional). My approach is personal, non-judgmental, and tailored to your specific needs, circumstances and health goals.
Each plan is completely unique. I believe in the healing power of food, however, there is no one nutritional strategy that is right for everyone. I take a deep interest in your needs, health goals and aims, looking to find the best natural
solutions for you.
I integrate nutritional therapy, functional medicine and naturopathic nutrition. I embrace a systems-oriented approach aiming to get to the root cause of health and weight issues instead of simply suppressing the symptoms. Symptoms seen in isolation may appear to be identical in different people, but the cause of those symptoms may be completely different.
I believe in keeping things simple and practical. My aim is to give you the most straightforward guidance and best tools to help you feel like yourself again. I am a realist, I know that life gets busy but there is always a way to make it work for you.
Diseases, Medical Tests and TreatmentsI see clients with a wide range of health complaints at my clinics in London. I can provide assistance and natural health support in many areas of health complaints.
I have a special clinical interest in:
