I found Mr Menezes to be highly competent and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the diagnosis of my hernia. The procedure to correct the hernia was booked for a time that was very convenient for me. On the day of the procedure everything went like clockwork. I would like to say the entire team was great. My Menezes was calm and kind and had such a warm manner whilst dealing with a patient who was slightly nervous about a procedure that I needed to have (Laparoscopic gallbladder removal). His knowledge was clearly evident, but he still took the time to explain my condition throughly including showing me pictures and what to expect during the procedure and post operative in a way which I would understand. He had a wonderful sense of humour too which put me immediately at ease!
