Thank you so much for operating on me and for being so professional, compassionate and efficient. Words cannot express the heartfelt gratitude that is in my heart towards you and your team @ Woking Nuffield. I am recovering well and the dressing has been taken off last week. I wish you all the best now and in the future. Thank you for doing a thorough job, Mr Menezes.

This is for you and all your team. You looked after my Dad in the past few months. I just want to express my extreme gratitude to all of you for absolutely everything that you did. Not only your medical care but your careful attention to myself and my family members made a really big difference. I am so impressed by you that it is hard to find words. You all treated my Dad and my family absolutely incredible kindness. It meant so much. It really is great to discover that despite being exposed to suffering and death every day, doctors don't become so hardened that they lose their humanity. You are all fantastic people and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you so much for all your help and kindness over the past few months and more special for your medical expertise in getting me through the difficult period after my surgery, your friendship to me and my family was very much appreciated. Also, we thought your nursing team were quite outstanding.

Thank for everything that you have done for me since we first met at the end of 2014. The journey we have taken has been interesting, enlightening and educational, albeit uncomfortable yet finally reaching a successful conclusion. I cannot emphasis so much how impressed I have been of the procedure from start to finish, my 82 opinions and the high standard of care and professionalism of the staff at the Royal Surrey. I am sure you are very proud of having such a wonderful, dedicated team to work with. Many thanks for all your help.
