Mr Marwan Salloum is a well-respected Consultant Obstetrician at Queen Alexandra Hospital Portsmouth where has been Clinical Director for Gynaecology and is currentlyGovernance and practising privately at Spire Healthcare. He has a special interest in helping women suffering from abnormal and painful bleeding, endometriosis and miscarriages. He also has vast experience in urogynaecological conditions including prolapse and has been involved in research to improve treatments for stress incontinence. He has received outstanding testimonials from former clients and offers friendly and efficient service. With over 30 years of professional medical experience, clients can be assured that they will get the best care possible.

He began his career at the National University of Ireland with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1987 before moving to the UK to pursue his career in obstetrics and gynaecology. He worked in the North East of England before completing an extensive training scheme in his chosen field, with his final rotation at St Mary's Hospital in Portsmouth. He completed a fellowship at the prestigious Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He has a keen interest in teaching and is currently a Senior Clinical Lecturer and Examiner and Southampton Medical School, along with being a guest speaker at international conferences.

When he is not working, Mr Salloum enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, DIY projects and watching documentaries on television.
