Mr David Gateley is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has over 30 years experience in Plastic Surgery. Mr Gateley offers clients the full range of Plastic Surgery and owns a non-surgical medical spa in Wimbledon.
Dr Gateley qualified in 1984 after studying medicine at Downing College Cambridge and King's College Hospital, London. Dr Gateley trained in General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery for five years before starting his career in Plastic Surgery.
As well as working at Queen Mary's Hospital, Roehampton, Guys and St. Thomas's Hospitals, Mr Gateley gained a Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship in the US, achieving UK certification of higher surgical training in plastic surgery in 1996.
Mr Gateley retired from the NHS in May 2016 after 32 years of service. He has developed links in Nepal where he visits to provide both teaching and surgery.
He established a non-surgical medical spa in Wimbledon called Nakedhealth over 12 years ago which allows him to advise his patients on the complete set of options for treatment.
