Mr Osborne is a specialist surgeon in weight loss, gallstones and keyhole hernia repair. He is currently the lead surgeon for the upper - gastrointestinal surgery team in North Bristol NHS trust and has been an established private surgeon providing outstanding care for many years. He is a University of Bristol tutor and continues to publish original scientific articles in his field. Mr Osborne also places the Elipse balloon with no anaesthetic or endoscopy and performs robotic surgery. Having performed over 3000 operations we are delighted he works with the teams in Bristol and Bath hospitals. He was the first Royal College of Surgeons (England) Hunterian Professor of Surgery awarded for his work in weight loss surgery.
