I met with Mr Shah this morning following up some MRIs. He was courteous, friendly and patient. He went through the images with me and explained in very clear and understandable terms what I was seeing on screen and how that translates to my real-world experience. Beyond this, he was humorous and had me laughing out loud which was quite different from any other consultations I have ever had. At no point did I feel rushed or as if my questions were stupid. Mr Shah is an absolute star and a credit to his profession, and well, just humanity in general.
