I had a knee replacement done by Mr Winston Kim 4 months ago .I had great difficulty walking before having it done and I can now go walking and do the garden and the quality of my life in general is so much better .Mr Kim looked after me really well and I found the app he put on the phone excellent as he advised every stage of my recovery .big thankyou to Mr Kim and his anaesthetist who calmed my nerves and all his team

Mr Kims manner made me feel that I was his only patient. And my successful hip replacement operation and speedy recovery was down to his expertise and his professional team.

After having very painful and creaky knees for years I decided after my consultation with Mr Kim to take the plunge at 88 years old and have a knee replacement operation. Mr Kim was marvellous and my new knee is very successful. He was very kind and understanding and filled me with confidence. The first time I went to see him I was in a wheelchair and six weeks after the operation I was able to walk in using a stick. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Mr Kim but wish I had seen him sooner!

The treatment I received was faultless. Mr Kim and all his team were wonderful and so caring.

From the start of the process with the initial appointment I was treated as a person not a number. This included the operation and the after care. I was always kept informed every step of the way

Mr Kim was fantastic throughout, from the onset of the first appointment from referral to being discharged from his care 12 months later. The day of surgery in question, I was totally at ease with him and his team members coming to see me before the procedure. His mannerism and passion in what he does is next to none and would certainly be a recommendation to anyone who needs hip or knee surgery. Definately a credit to his profession.

I have recently seen Mr. Kim after suffering from knee pain in my right knee for around 1 year and he has been a consummate professional throughout. He original diagnosed the problem and recommended conservative treatment initially which helped and when the pain persisted after some time he recommended surgery to sort the issue out. He was very clear and concise in his explanation of the issue and I am now on the road to recovery after a long period of time. I really appreciate his calming manner and is always extremely optimistic and realistic with the outcome, he always put my mind at ease when I had doubts. I can tell that Mr. Kim really wants to support the patient and pinpoint the correct issue for overall well being - I felt valued a cared for throughout my entire experience. I cannot think Winston Kim enough as I was really struggling before, now I am able to enjoy some of the things I was missing out on. His secretary Shabnam and entire team I have dealt with at the Alex from physios to imaging consultants have been top notch and I cannot recommend this enough. If I ever have anymore issues in the future I know where I will go. Thank you!

Had Right hip replacement by Mr. Kim at Spire Manchester- excellent Surgeon and care. He was recommended to me by my yoga instructor and did not disappoint!!. Highly recommended.

Everybody was super! The staff were all lovely. Unfortunately i had to wait to go down to theatre.

It was a larger operation than i thought, the downtime post-op was about 10 weeks. Nothing terrible pain wise, was all bearable. The aftercare was fabulous. I had lots of physio and hydrotherapy. The whole experience after the operation was amazing. I had no pain at all post-op. Mr Kim and Shabnam kept me informed at all times and i would definitely recommend Mr Kim.
