I found Mr Bartlett easy to talk to. He spent time explaining and answering questions. He was honest enough to say that he had been unable to use the robot for my surgery because of a technical failure. I appreciated that. I wouldn’t have known otherwise and I have no reason to doubt the success of the surgery.

From the beginning Mr Bartlett instilled complete confidence in me. He explained everything in simple and clear terms throughout from initial consultation through to the recent follow up appointment. Moreover, his engaging manner made each consultation feel more like a friendly discussion. From the very first meeting I have had every confidence in Mr Bartlett. I have talked of him in glowing terms to my friends and acquaintances.

I found Mr Bartlett most understanding of my condition and situation. He related my condition to my last visit, some years ago, and talked us through our options and what I would expect, regarding the procedure. I chose to see Mr Bartlett for my follow up and look forward to my future appointments. Apologies for my late submission of this review, only I have been abroad on holiday.

Mr Bartlett immediately rescheduled my operation when my daughter required urgent cancer surgery and I received excellent skill and care thereafter. Can't be faulted!

This is the second hip replacement I have had with Mr Bartlett, he was very thorough in his explanation of the hip procedure, as he is aware of my fear of operations, that was my reason for returning to him for the second operation.

I have only met him for the initial consultation so cannot form a full judgement yet but I am confident because he seemed to want to treat me.
