Firstly I was seen very quickly on a private basis having been concerned and opted to take the non NHS route. I do not have private health insurance and normally go via the NHS. Before and after surgery, Mr Kersey listens and gives good advice. During surgery he is calm, professional and reassuring. His secretary gives extremely efficient support and always answers queries very promptly. Altogether a very good experience with a fantastic outcome.

I was unable to accompany my mother for her procedure and lead up to it, so I had to totally rely on remote explanations via email, phone etc. My questions were responded to promptly and I was always offered further explanation or follow up calls for peace of mind. Mr Kersey listened carefully to my concerns, spent time discussing the problem with me and prescribed other eye drops.
