Dr Jacques was a consummate professional at every stage of the process. He explained the procedure well to me and put me at ease. The follow up appointment was also conducted well and Dr Jacques took the time to answer the questions I had. After having major delays at first due to the global situation of the pandemic Mr Jacques was very thorough in the initial consultation and making sure to describe the procedure in the same way. From start to finish the whole process was very straight forward (for me, I assume) and Mr Jacques did a wonderful job in improving the air flow/passage and overall functionality of my nose.
